How much are my Home Owners Association Dues?
2014 annual community dues are $ 738.68 which includes resident trash services. Letters will be sent to each member on record in early December with instructions. Due February 1, 2014. After February 15th a 5% late fee will be added.
Where and how can I make payments?
There are currently two methods for payment: mailing a check and PayPal. Please see below for instructions:

Make checks payable to Woodland Shores HOA in the amount of $738.68. Additional late fees may apply for past due payments. ($ 775.61 with late fee)
Residents have asked if the HOA takes credit card payments by credit cards.
We can accept PayPal for an additional service charge of $22.16 and a total payment of $760.84. Avoid transaction fees with check process. ($ 797.77 after due date.)
