Others enjoy peaceful independence and ride around the lake in their canoe or kayak. Pontoon boats are also available for rental through the marina, and offer groups a great way to enjoy the lake. Because of the lake’s horsepower limits, the day is guaranteed to be relaxing.  Lake Jacomo has three boat ramps for easy access to the lake.

Fishing at Lake Jacomo

Lake Jacomo is a great spot for the avid fisherman. Fishermen enjoy easy access to the lake through one of three boat ramps, and fishing boats are also available for rental through the Lake Jacomo marina.

Lake Jacomo has two marinas. The marinas sell fishing bait & tackle, boat rentals, concessions, and more. The marinas also offer lakeside gasoline for those enjoying boating on Lake Jacomo. The marina also provides boating and fishing licenses.

Lake Jacomo Hiking and Walking Trails

Lake Jacomo has eight nature trails for walking and hiking. Trails range from 1 to 2 mile loops, and can be accessed through several of Lake Jacomo’s shelter house areas.
